please note that if you are using Oracle in your SAP deployments, the Oracle components will not be supported unless you can reproduce the issue in a non-virtualized environment, OR if you use the Oracle-specified virtualization environment, which is OracleVM (this is also Xen but "generic" Xen doesn't count)...
