There is OpenERP.

SugarCRM is another.

I don't think there are any local companies which do implementations of these.

A colleague said to me that there is a need for such a company, a
solutions provider for open-source ERP. Because proprietary ERP costs
an arm, a leg, both nuts, and your nose!

But at the same time, implementing ERP is not just a matter of
unzipping a few tar-balls, compiling, and installing. There's a good
bit of domain expertise required in the industry. So I think there is
a market for open-source ERP consulting services..
