In case anyone is interested, we are developing an open source ERP solution of our own. Its still in early Alpha but right now we have gotten some international interest. We have some people from different parts of the world who have expressed the willingness to contribute. The project is hosted out of Sourceforge and features a really nice AJAX UI and a modern (MVC) PHP framework.
