Looks like a Virtualbox specific issue. I'm running a Windows7 guest on a 
Jaunty host. Windows7 reports that it is almost idle, however according to top 
Virtualbox is using more than 50% CPU. I Don't remember this type of behavior 
when I used to run Windows XP and 2K on Qemu and VMWare. But maybe the issue 
here is that I'm using Windows7 RC. I'll try to run Windows7 RC later on other 
VMs if it still behaves that way.
