Let's talk about more people learning how to set this up and maintain it (as admins, not just users) so we have more "emergency skills" in the future. It was mentioned in plug-misc that the NDCC received training. But now we see that online Ondoy relief efforts and calls for help are being coordinated DIY, so it's up to us the citizens to learn the tools.
