The similarity is that the Complainants in both cases wants the SC to rule in their favor as per RA9369.
The differences are, 1. The "Roque" case had a crucial argument, yet the case was ruled against it. 2. The "CenPeg" has no crucial argument. So, it will be interesting to see what the SC will rule in this case.
