My recommendation would be to boot using a rescue image and attempt to
repair the file systems using fsck. My preferred tool for this job is
grml, but there are other similar tools available.

From the error message, I reckon you can start with:

# fsck -fD /dev/sda5

You probably want to run the same command on all the other filesystems
you have. These are not obvious from the error messages, but after
you've repaired sda5 you should be able to identify them through
etc/fstab inside sda5 (when mounted).
