Co-worker asked if I had any recommendations for recovering files from
a personal computer hard drive that won't spin up any longer. I been
fortunate enough to not need such a service anytime in the last 10-15 years,
so didn't have any suggestions. He did find a pointer to these guys in
Google:

I told him I would ask about to see if anyone had opinions on these guys'
work, or recommendations for/against any other services that you've used.
