You might try PDFScape to edit a copy of your PDF, deleting the unwanted
pages.

One final issue in my printing saga.

I need to reprint just a few pages of the middle of the 151-page document.
The following lpr option does not work:

-o page-ranges=119-151

It just starts printing from page 1.

Any suggestions?
