Well, that's news to me - my clean install of Karmic includes and defaults to Rhythmbox, but not Banshee. The former is a buggy mess, although it's goode enough for subscribing to podcasts. i haven't tried Banshee in a couple of years, i hope it's in better shape now. i revisited Songbird a few months ago, and still am not impressed.
