Sometimes the Vuze tracker status column will say just "OK," and other times it will say "OK-dht." I assume that means that it does support DHT. I just discovered something that my solve my problems. Apparently Vuze is set by default not to allow more than three torrents to download at a time. It took me several hours to figure that out.
