To be more precise, you want a Linux box for under $20? That's a tight budget that calls for specific requirements. You can build an ARM board for that, in quantity, but you'll need to prototype on more expensive hardware, such as Gumstix or BeagleBoard. Questions: 1. What hardware features do you need to get the immediate job done? 2. What software/OS features are driving the Linux requirement? If you can go simpler, you get much cheaper hardware.
