I'm running OpenSuse 11.2, with KDE 4.3.5. I've been using a wired
connection to our router (Cisco Linksys E1000). We've moved from our
house to an apartment (where I can't drill holes in the floor to run
cables from room to room) so I'm trying to connect wirelessly. I've
got a Cisco Valet wireless USB adapter. I've tried running
Ndisinstaller to connect it. Choosing my language, doing the system
check, downloading the data and current software (v 1.53) all go fine.

Then it asks me for the driver info. The program doesn't find the
drivers on its own. The drivers are located at /media/USB
DISK/drivers, but no matter which driver file I choose, when I try to
install the software, I get the following result:

--> enter work-directory...ok
--> uncompress data...ok
--> assemble installation-data...

and then I get a pop-up that reads "There has been an Error during the
Installation Process. The error was: Compilation Error."

What am I doing wrong? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
