ATA devices.  Something like a Sipura SPA 3000 or two should do what you 
need.  I think there are even some multiple FXO/FXS devices out there. 
I haven't got to the point of needing one (using Polycom and soft 
phones) so can't offer any _actual_ usage advise.

I offer the Sipura SPA 3000 just because it was the first/best found 
with a search for "Asterisk ATA fxo" using Google.  There are others and 
some are probably better/cheaper/k00l3r.
