I'm running RHEL 6. I do not see a Malwarebytes version for Linux. When I search for your other suggestion "La Volpe di Fuoco", all I see is a reference to an '82 Italian movie. I've just run chkrootkit on my system, and all I see are "nothing found" and "not infected" messages. One other strange thing I'm seeing now is the same Chinese in some google ads on several side banners.
