Indeed, there is a folder labeled "Stylesheets" full of files like:
Bodytext.xsl
bpg4-0td.dtd
Clientscripts.js
Constants.xml
So the next question is, how to use these files?
There is also a file called "Guides.doc." It appears to be instructions
for how to create an sgml file. However, it is several pages long and I
didn't understand most of it.
Sheesh, Blackwell. What was wrong with plain PDF files?
