A cursory reading of urxvt's man pages suggests adding "TERM
rxvt-unicode" to your /etc/DIR_COLORS file.  Also, make sure that
you've got your TERM and COLORTERM environment variables set
properly.  I would guess that they should both be rxvt-unicode,
though urvxt ought to work.  You may want to look at your terminfo
database, to make sure that you have the proper entry for urvxt.
(On my system, I have /usr/share/terminfo/r/rxvt-unicode and
../rxvt-unicode-256color.  There is nothing for urxvt.  Hence
TERM=urxvt won't work here.)
