As posed, the question CANNOT be answered. Will the music be played in a one room apartment or Mall of America? Will one song be played repeatedly? Should "Jingle Bells" be played in both June and December? How to allocate so called 'capital costs'? If human intervention is regularly required, what is its cash cost?
