I fire up aqemu and find the place to create a new VM. Click that menu item, enter 'win7' in the dialog box, and see a message that the VM needs QEMU and that's not found on the system. Strange. I have /usr/bin/qemu-kvm, so I make a soft link from that to /usr/bin/qemu. Still told that QEMU can't be found. In the aqemu general settings is a combo box for "Default VM Template". I have that set to linux-2.6 x86_64; should that be changed to win7? I looked at 'man aqemu' and found nothing of value in the short file. What does the template do? Any ideas why the front end tells me it cannot find qemu to create the VM when qemu-kvm is present?
