We just switched to corporate twtelecom service at my office and have been very pleased with them (over comcast, who was continually unable and/or unwilling to help us diagnose repeated connectivity issues which were generally solved by modem reboot). We've had rock solid service and painstakingly communicative support from them for the past 2 months, even when we didn't ask for it. It's hard to say anything bad about an engineer who calls you every week to update you on an unchanged status to let you know he's pinged the relevant 3rd party again in trying to resolve a trouble ticket. (The third party, ARIN, finally got back to him and all's well now).
