While setting up email on a CentOS 6.3 machine, I encountered a problem with dovecot access to maildir directories. It seems that I'm running into this Redhat bug, "selinux policy prevents dovecot domains access to mail_home_rw_t (Maildir)". https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=836241
Today I decided to build my own selinux-policy package to work around the problem. However, I also stumbled onto what appears to be the latest and greatest RHEL 6 policy package from Redhat. http://people.redhat.com/dwalsh/SELinux/RHEL6/noarch/ Does anyone have an opinion as to whether I should use my own modified package, or the new but not released one from Redhat? There is, of course, a third, knee-jerk option, which would be to disable selinux, but I'm trying to avoid that. thanks, galen -- Galen Seitz [email protected] _______________________________________________ PLUG mailing list [email protected] http://lists.pdxlinux.org/mailman/listinfo/plug
