Heh-heh! I could give you some digital terrain data at 5m resolution and have you run it through GRASS's r.basin to delineate subbasins at 100m resoultion. You can cook eggs on the CPU with that intensity of work. I know because I inadvertently shut down my workstation due to CPU overheating until I made the resolutions much coarser.
