   Thanks, Paul. I daily use rsync in my dirvish backups but had the
apparently incorrect impression that it synchronized files in two locations
by updating only the older one with the newer one. I suppose that's because
I've used jpilot for many years to syncrhonize my Palm Pilots/Treos with the
desktop and that's a two-way process.
