I assume you are referring to iptables. I didn't find tools that 
I'd class as user friendly. Carlos' post references something 
that matches my mindset.

I don't recall - my Linux machine isn't here at the moment. But 
it is of that form.

Both. Possibly overkill, but I have a certain mindset.
