Still issues with the rebooted server. Now I cannot print from the command line or my accounting software:
$ lpr -P laser5_single 8000034681.pdf lpr: Connection refused My web search finds a handfull of messages with the same problem, but none of those have an answer. I can print a test page from the CUPS admin interface but am stuck on where the problem is. lpstat doesn't help: [rshepard@salmo ~]$ lpstat -H salmo.appl-ecosys.com:631 lpstat: Connection refused A clue is needed.
