John, That's the problem. Frontier changes the IP address very frequently; no one's explained why so I just try to live with it. However, the shell script that cron runs every half-hour to check for a new IP address is failing to update the DNS records when the IP address changes. Please see my most recent message with the script and my diagnostics.
