ENU replaced the fan and heat sink while I was there this morning. A
very similar noise showed up on startup, but hasn't returned. I'm using
the box now, and will listen for it to reappear. The fan and heat sink
come with the chip. The fellow at ENU showed me a couple of heat
sink/fan alternatives, one about $35 and the other $40. If this one does
the same thing I might consider one of those. So far, though, it's been
quite -- even when I first powered it up this afternoon.

So for now I'm considering this one resolved. Thanks, Keith. I'll keep
the Noctua fans in mind, but would have to figure out how to integrate
them with the current heat sink.
