   Interesting. As I've communicated by e-mail and phone with these folks I
doubt it's deliberate on their part.

   In the past recipient server issues have caused bounced messages. I'll try
again later and see if the message gets through. I've read that the
Microsoft mail server is not always clear on the reason messages bounce.
