You could check YOUR outgoing server's IP address against RBLs using an
online tool like MXToolbox

http://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=blacklist:nn.nn.nn.nn

Replace nn.nn.nn.nn with the external IP address of your outgoing
SMTP server
