ATT has worst "customer Service" (sic) known to mankind. > I LIVED in Tampa, FL. Verizon runs the POTS network and also of course has the cellular side going there too. If you think AT&T is bad you should have to deal with VZN. We called them the Verizon Vampir in Tampa. I presently have to use VZN on my work phone, most of the time I am stuck in 1xRT which can not chew gum and walk at the same time. Yea they have coverage all over the place but once you get away from the main routes you are fried, I would much rather have AT&T's coverage than the hit or miss that I have to deal with using VZN. I also had to use T-Mobile in the past, their international roaming was the pits and very expensive, also they (not sure now) started billing you as soon as you hit the call button on your phone. Sprint has coverage but from coverage studies I did on the different networks their was at that time no depth, so if there was a network issue they had issues with keeping things connected, not sure if that is still true. I have had my ups and downs with AT&T (billing sucks) but in general they have done well by me. I just lost a microcell to power surges from the wind storm we had in Longview the other day, I called them about getting it repaired, it is old and out of warranty guy told me he was going to send me one, just to put the old one in the box and send it back, I told him it was old he said it did not make any difference, send it back he was sending me a new one, no cost to me. > 2.
