Looks like it might be related to Skype. The folks I get work from require that I have Skype, so I start it up in the morning and shut it off after the work is done for the day. There's a green icon that shows up in the indicator section of the top line on the screen when Skype is loaded. It goes away when I quit Skype from that icon's menu. The red circle with a slash through it didn't go away after quitting Skype, but the Skype menu came up when I left clicked on it. After a reboot it is not there. I'll see if it shows up again tomorrow, and if it's still there after quitting Skype. -- Regards, Dick Steffens _______________________________________________ PLUG mailing list [email protected] http://lists.pdxlinux.org/mailman/listinfo/plug
