The young lady said that fiber to the home is SO much better--reliable, etc. I asked about the download speed. 40. Up? 20. Cost? I think it was just under $100. (Phone and internet; no TV). How do they expect to compete with Comcast if their intro stuff is more expensive? Certainly not on superior service.
