This might need to be troubleshot visually, in-person. Any chance you could bring your computer to the next PLUG meeting?

I'm running xfce on Xubuntu 22.04.

I recently (today) did something that removed all the icons in panel 0. I've managed to get them back, but can't find the way to set them to be moveable. I've looked at the panel preferences where I used to see a Lock panel check box that was checked, which by unchecking allowed me to move the icons for the open applications around. It's not checked now, and checking it doesn't appear to change anything.

Any ideas on what I should be looking at to allow for reordering the open windows icons to be moved?

Also, the Whisker menu is among the open windows icons. It used to be at the left, and never moved from there. I don't find anything that tells me how to put it back where I'm used to having it.

Through the process of troubleshooting this I've rebooted a few times, so that doesn't appear to have any effect on my issue.

Assistance will be appreciated.

Thanks.
