[PLUG] XFCE Workspace Margin

For unknown reasons, when I maximize a window, it displays wider than 
the screen. With two monitors, maximizing a window on the right monitor 
causes the left edge of the window to show up on the right side of the 
left monitor. Changing the XFCE Workspace margins does not affect this. 
Is there another setting I need to fiddle with?

This started this morning. Not sure if unintentionally I did something 
that caused the problem.
