When I posted, all I had was a device labeled "alcatel".
I've since found its original box, with an unreadable label.
Many hotspots will have a web interface reachable via a specific ip
address. But without know exactly what your hardware is it is hard
give specific advice.
The key is that its a _T-Mobile_ Hot-spot.
They evidently believe in "industry standards/defaults".
Its IP is 192.168.0.1
