OF course, I've tried that several times, thinking the problem is with
me (a pretty good assumption usually) but under my Netscape *Navigator*
4.51 it isn't there....all it shows are the box which has,among other
things, the Java options - then the cookies box - that's it.
I hope I don't have to use the full-blown Communicator just to use the
proxy. Maybe in installation I made a selection that removed this option?
If nobody has any ideas, I'll try re-installing - or maybe replacing with
an newer verion - since I should do that anyway.
