You have probably got another message together with this one that says
something like : "deleting interface [xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx].53" and "not
listening on any interfaces"

Like Mike says, you probably have 2 instances of bind running, but the
second instance is still around despite the message, although it is not
listening to any interface/port.
