am using:
cache_peer host.domain.com parent 8888 0 default
never_direct allow all

(i've tried no-query no-netdb-exchange)

but now the same error comes out but once in a while the squid can get
cache from the parent and the website does not complete. 

what does that error (see below) mean anyways?
