As they say, "different strokes..."
I find it much easier for clients to adapt linux if they see a familiar user
interface, something they can relate to with previous computing experience, and
yet be a little different. Its more of an uphill climb for me to convince
clients to adopt linux, if they don't see familiar icons, or a (necessary evil)
called 'start menu'
I'm just being practical, as getting people off commercial software and
'Microsoft' is hard enough. If i had to deal with operator re-training in
using another window manager, that would be an added cost for both the customer
and me. \8)
