this what you are trying for a 99.9999 percent uptime for reliability and
availability. redundancy comes into play but the most expensive thing to do. i say
most expensive thing to do because not only the equipments are redundant but the
location as well in case of fire, volcano eruptions, typhoon, whatever to paralyze
your operation your honor.

alerts for intrusion (like automatic email, icq, page, text, whatever to alert you)
to ease your pain your honor.
