may I raise another issue with regards to LILO and removing it
using "fdisk /MBR"...
I also use "fdisk /MBR" when getting rid of LILO in the MBR.
I was only successful with this when I have Red Hat, Mandrake,
or Storm Linux on my system. However, when I have Slackware
installed on my system, it appears that the "fdisk /MBR" trick
wouldn't work. My system would not boot to Windows, and the
partition table seems to have been trashed.
Could anyone explain to me why this isn't working with Slackware?
Thanks in advance!
