say for example: your server's ip is 192.168.0.1
and your box's ip is 192.168.0.2
edit your /etc/hosts.allow
in.telnetd: 192.168.0.2
in.telnetd: LOCAL
edit your /etc/hosts.deny
in.telnetd: ALL
