Before trying this stunt, make a copy of your exixting mailbox, just in
case. ;->
If you are going to do this to ~/mbox; then cp ~/mbox ~/mbox.orig and
mv ~/mbox ~/boyoyoy then:
cat ~/boyoyoy | formail +1 -ds | procmail
