[plug] Simulating Intensive CPU usage

Hi,
        I'm overclocking my Athlon and monitoring the hardware heat with lm_sensor.  
What I want to do now is simulate intensive use of the CPU overnight.  Does 
anyone have any suggestions on running any apps unattended to drive the CPU 
hard overnight?
