or you can try using GRIP (GNU CD Ripper) with the Ogg Vorbis codec. The
Vorbis coder is MUCH more CPU-intensive than the default MP3 coder. I
think converting an entire CD to Ogg format would take all night (as
opposed to an hour with MP3).
