yes. that is because there aren't much contribution from more "mature"
PLUGgers about those kinds of info.  We do need writers to fill up those
kind of info since most of the people working on our webpage are not
really old-timers of PLUG.  I do hope that this could start some people in
PLUG to contribute materials --> articles, other info, etc. so that the
website will reflect what PLUG really is.  Contributions from PLUG would
be of great help into making the website more reflective of what we really
are but sadly only a few work on it.
