We could structure it in such a way that:
the basic premise of the list is newbie-help (no flames for ultra-newbie
questions here..)
newbies will be encouraged to register, and those posting on the main plug
list will be directed to the newbies list.
certain key "oldbies" will be assigned certain roles to play in the
newbie-list. For instance:
oldbie-1 gets to support installation issues
oldbie-2 gets to support email issues
oldbie-3 gets to support dns issues
oldbie-4 gets to support network, TCP/IP issues
and the grand old oldbie gets to support anything else not mentioned \8)
of course, anyone can jump in and contribute. The reason for the "areas
of responsibility" is to make sure a question doesn't go ignored. It's
his responsibility to see the question through a fruitful resolution.
O ano, game kayo mga "oldbies" ? \8)
Watyasay !?
