Hmmm, would this be something like a trouble ticket system ? I think
there are some open source packages on freshmeat, however i'm not sure if
it fits your model to a tee.
In any case it's a good idea worth exploring, especially if you have
the time to do it. Methinks this will get more momentum if more than one
group can use this type of interface - that means more contributors and
possible collaborative development.
