Taking aside your smiley :) and addressing your comment directly, the fact
that the site was PHP based was the reason it had to move out of its home
in Iphil before. IIRC, i think the box that once contained the PLUG site
was taken out of commission or something. In any case Migs said back then
that they can only support static pages. So the webteam was looking for
volunteers to host the site which could support PHP3/4. Since no one was
volunteering, i took it upon myself to whip up an apache+php3 RPM, and
install it on my server, and the rest is history.
So please then - anyone wanting to put up a mirror - make sure your system
supports what we use, and then stand up and be counted!
