Oracle9i is just the latest version of Oracle8i (8.1.7) with bundled
Oracle Forms and Oracle WebDB. Therefore, it's got the same requirements
as 8i, which *in reality* is about 256MB and 500MHz if you want to run
your GUI on the same machine that runs Oracle. You'll also need about 1GB
of disk space.
